Learning and Support

Every Student, Every School

Every Student, Every School (ESES) is an initiative providing better learning and support for the 90,000 students with a disability, learning difficulties or behaviour support needs in our public schools through a strong focus on professional learning and support for teachers and support staff.

ESES is structured around a Learning and Support Framework for all NSW public schools.

SCHS has a School Learning and Support Team (LST) model as a whole-school planning and support mechanism with the purpose of addressing the learning needs of students, the professional needs of teachers and to make recommendations regarding allocation of available and appropriate resources.

The Learning and Support Team Coordinator has the responsibility of working with multidisciplinary teams, SCHS student case managers (teachers) and supporting the principal to move towards implementing ESES at SCHS.
